1. Who We Are
The data controller for personal data processed through language-help.com is Alexander Groll, a self-employed individual (Persona Física) registered in Paraguay. References to “we”, “us”, or “Operator” in this Policy refer to Alexander Groll.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Card processing is handled entirely by our payment provider (Pagopar), which operates under its own privacy policy.
We do not permanently record or store the spoken or written content of AI tutor sessions beyond what is technically necessary for the session to function in real time.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3a. Telegram Bot (@language_help_com_bot)
We operate a Telegram bot accessible at @language_help_com_bot. When you use this bot, the following data is processed:

Telegram itself processes your user data according to Telegram’s Privacy Policy. We have no control over Telegram’s data processing. You can delete all data we hold about you at any time by sending the /delete command to the bot.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data

5. Cookies and Tracking
- Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function (session authentication, access pass verification). Cannot be disabled.
- Affiliate tracking cookies: Set with your consent when you arrive via a referral link. Valid for 30 days.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for third-party marketing purposes.
6. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Restriction: Request that we limit processing in certain circumstances.
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format where feasible.

For Telegram bot data, you can also use the /delete command to immediately erase all data we hold.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No internet transmission is fully secure.
8. International Data Transfers
Our server infrastructure is located in the United States (New Jersey), hosted by Interserver, Inc. Third-party providers (Groq, Cartesia) also process data in the United States. We rely on these providers’ security certifications and standard contractual commitments.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
