What are the AI Tutors?
The AI tutors on this platform are automated software systems powered by artificial intelligence. They generate spoken and written responses in real time without direct human supervision during the session. AI tutors are available for 16 languages including Spanish, French, English, German, Russian, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Turkish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, and Arabic — both in the browser at ai.language-help.com and via our Telegram bot @language_help_com_bot.
Limitations You Should Know
- AI can make mistakes. Responses may contain grammatical errors, factual inaccuracies, or unnatural phrasing. Always verify important language rules with additional sources.
- Sessions are not monitored in real time. The platform operator does not review individual conversations as they happen.
- No guarantee of learning outcomes. Progress depends on your effort, consistency, and prior knowledge. The AI tutor is a practice tool, not a guarantee of language proficiency.
- Not a substitute for certified instruction. The AI tutor does not issue certificates or qualifications and cannot replace preparation for official language examinations (e.g., DELE, SIELE, DELF, Cambridge, IELTS, Goethe-Institut).
- Content may occasionally be inappropriate. Despite safeguards, AI systems can produce unexpected responses. Report problematic content to info@german-help.com.
- Service availability. The AI tutor depends on third-party technology providers including cloud AI and speech services. Occasional technical interruptions may occur.
Telegram Bot
The AI tutors are also accessible via our Telegram bot @language_help_com_bot. All limitations described above apply equally. Additionally:
- Voice messages are transcribed automatically by Groq. Transcription accuracy may vary by language and audio quality.
- The bot is available 24/7 but depends on Telegram’s service availability in addition to our own infrastructure.
- The bot is intended for users aged 13 and over (per Telegram’s Terms of Service).
- The bot may recommend human tutors or third-party services (e.g., Preply). Such recommendations may include affiliate links. Affiliate relationships are disclosed within the message.
How to Get the Best Results
- Use the AI tutor regularly — short daily sessions are more effective than infrequent long ones
- Correct the AI if it makes a mistake — this reinforces your own learning
- Combine AI practice with human tutoring for accelerated progress
- If something sounds wrong, look it up — critical thinking improves language learning
